SAKURA TOWN Glass
Hotaru is unique in that it doesn't use typical sake rice. Still, instead, it is brewed using regular edible rice. The other thing that makes this sake unique is that this rice hasn't been treated with pesticides making it great for the environment and healthier than other sake.
Hotaru has a mild taste because different rice has been used in brewing. That's why it's not recommended if you're looking for a sweet sake. This sake is excellent for those curious about sake made with Ippou rice instead of regular sake rice.
