SAKURA TOWN Glass
Kamihotoke is unlike any other sake that you would have tried. It's steeped in history as the recipe dates back over 500 years and is found in a diary at Kofuku-Ji Temple in Nara.
Unlike our other sake, the rice used to make this sake has only been polished to 95% of its original size. The beautiful part is that the brewery that makes this sake uses yeast from the Omiwa-jinja Shrine, where the god of sake is enshrined.
The end result is sake with a soft aroma and pleasant sweetness.
