STORY

This is a premium Umeshu(plum liqueur) that has been slowly soaked in a sake base for one year.
Usually, plum liqueurs are made with shochu（distilled spirits）, but this is made with sake, and these plums are carefully macerated without using much sugar and give it a refreshing taste.
If you don't like regular plum liqueur due to its sweetness, or if you want to try a different kind of premium plum liqueur, you can enjoy it before, during, or after meals.
