STORY
Daiginjo "The" is a special sake as it has been produced in an all-handmade brewery. Not only that but unlike typical sake, two yeasts have been used in the brewing process instead of one. This combination brings out the best of both yeasts in the sake's flavor. To our knowledge, this is the only brewery in Japan using this same process.
The idea for this sake was born when the brewers came together and discussed making "The sake that brewers want to enjoy at home." The result of this concept is this bottle of sake!
It has a rich aroma, yet the flavor remains light and clean, which is why our customers and the brewers themselves heavily complement it! It can be either chilled or warm, depending on how you prefer to drink sake.
