SAKE and Japanese Hot Pot②

Thank you for visiting our Blog again :)

Today, I'd like to continue from the previous blog and introduce traditional Japanese hot pot and We are going to introduce you to some of the Sake in Sakura Town that goes with it!

SUKIYAKI

Sukiyaki is a Japanese dish made of beef, vegetables, tofu, and noodles simmered in a sweet sauce called "Warishita".
Warishita sauce is made with mixing Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and water.
Cook beef and add the warishita sauce. Once the sauce is warm,
Turn down the heat, add the other ingredients and simmer on medium heat.
When all ingredients are cooked, take what you want to eat from the pot, dip it in the raw egg and eat it.

The egg is fresh from a controlled sanitary environment. It can be eaten raw with no worries. If you don't like the raw egg, you can still eat sukiyaki without dipping it in the egg.

The sake that goes well with Sukiyaki is Sake de swan.

Sake de swan has a touch of sweetness, but it never disturbs the taste of the ingredients.

This sake is also made to match with meat dishes, so it will enhance the flavor of the meat even more.

Sake de Swan has a clean taste that drowns out the oil from the meat, so it is best to drink it chilled.

See you in next blog!!!
